Experimental and theoretical assessment of the durability of machine elements and parts under cyclic unstationary loading

A statistical model of fatigue failure is proposed, which allows analytically determining the durability of a part operating under a cyclic complex inhomogeneous stress state and non-stationary loading mode. A comparative analysis of the test results of samples and parts of steel 45 was carried out in order to assess the effectiveness of the statistical model.
