An international capital flow as sign of world finances, factor of the economy growing is examined in research. A graphic method and analysis of statistical data allowed to educe tendencies and conformities to law of capital flow for 2005–2016. The indexes of world volume of investments, dynamics of export and import of capital Russia, are presented for the row of years. Principal reasons of capital exports are considered outside a country, instability in economic and political spheres; imperfection of legislation that renders means.
