The article deals with the implementation of system management according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, analyzes the causes of the current situation, and makes proposals for its improvement.
The article was written with the aim of drawing the attention of the heads of organizations of the state and non-state sectors of the economy to the need in modern conditions to know the rules of ISO 9001 system management and be able to apply them in practice.
